TopAdria.com, TopAdria.de and SpecialCroatia.com are the result of our own appreciation of Croatia’s beauty. We are a couple from Germany and Croatia. With a background in international marketing, hospitality and spa management as well as life coaching in countries such as Germany, the UK, the US and New Zealand we moved to Croatia in 2005. We were drawn here by the natural beauty as well as by the peace and the authenticity of its people. At first we launched and ran a villa for 3 years in Opatija while discovering special places in Kvarner and Istria. Most of our international guests were in a similar boat, wanting to learn more about this region and enjoying all that it has to offer. Some guests combined their stay at the villa with looking for real estate which we became more and more experienced in. In the spring of 2009 we opened a real estate and online travel agency in Pula. Unser Team stammt aus Deutschland und Kroatien. Nach einem internationalen Werdegang im internationalen Marketing, im Hotel- und Spagewerbe sowie im Life Coaching in Ländern wie Deutschland, England, den USA und Neuseeland sind wir 2005 nach Kroatien umgezogen. Die natürliche Schönheit des Landes und die Authenzität der Bevölkerung halfen dabei. Anfang 2009 haben wir ein Immobilien- und Online-Reisebüro in Pula eröffnet. Wir wissen wie man Immobilien findet, in die man sich verlieben kann oder wie man einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Kroatien gestaltet. Dabei möchten wir gerne auch Ihnen helfen!
